FARMOR ROOM on the ground floor holds up to 110 people in a bright environment. Suitable for large meetings, receptions, parties, conferences, seminars, community events etc. Hire charges - standard £10 per hour, concessions £8 per hour. NB. HERITAGE ROOM on the ground floor has a timeline highlighting the history of Fairford. Suitable for meetings and displays etc. and has a built-in CD/DVD player. Holds 25

BARKER ROOM on the ground floor acts as Council chamber but is also open for public hire. With patio doors opening to the courtyard, the room, which has a hardwood floor, holds 35.

KEBLE ROOM on the first floor can accommodate 104 people. It has a hard floor so is very versatile and suitable for a wide range of activities.

TAME ROOM on the first floor is the perfect size for small seminars and meetings, or could provide furnished office facilities. It has toilet and small tea room adjacent.

MICO ROOM on the second floor holds around 20 people and has a sink and refreshment facilities. Very suitable for small groups.

KITCHEN is available for hire when food preparation is required. Though compact it is fully fitted with sinks, worktops, catering electric cooker and constant water boiler.

COURTYARD and glazed walkway are available for hire at £5 per hour, usually in addition to one of the other rooms. NB. There is a 10% surcharge on weekend functions.
Commercial prices for all rooms are available from the manager.
Accessibility and availability
All rooms have full disabled access with lifts to upper rooms. Rooms are available on hourly or longer basis and there are concessions for longer lets and combinations of more than one room.
Equipment: Chairs and tables appropriate for each room are available free of charge and should be reserved at time of room booking.
Other equipment such as laptop, flipcharts, whiteboard, microphones, projector, Internet, broadband etc. are available for hire.
Photocopying, fax, email, printing and secretarial services can be made available at a small charge.
Catering facilities: Fairford Community centre offers a catering service, with facilities for light refreshments accessible to all rooms, and tea/coffee and biscuits can be provided. Other catering services can be made available at various price levels in conjunction with local catering businesses.
