Fairford is an historic Cotswold market Town in Gloucestershire with a population of around 3500.  It has a very active community with many clubs and societies covering a wide range of sports and interests for young and old.  It is well served with amenities such as schools, health services, a Sports Centre, Library and thriving Community Centre which houses the Town Council.

For visitors Fairford boasts the beautiful St Mary's Church, noted for its world famous stained glass windows, and many listed buildings.  There is a Heritage Trail starting at the Community Centre by the Church and including such buildings as the old Magistrates Court and Police Station.  Another place to visit is the picturesque Mill and there are beautiful walks along the River Coln, through the water meadows and around the lakes.
