The League of Friends of Fairford Hospital raised nearly £2,300 as a result of its annual

Christmas Bazaar in the Fairford Community Centre. The sum was boosted by a lottery

drawn at the occasion, which was the first of its kind to be organised by the organisation.

The League is now looking forward to good public support for the Christmas Concert being

put on by Fairford Choral Society with proceeds going towards League funds. It’s at Fairford

Parish Church, Fairford, on Saturday, December 4.

Members of the League are stepping up their fund-raising efforts to pay for the increasing cost

of their work in the community.
