106 09/10 Apologies for Absence
               Apologies were received from Cllrs Dowler, Frank, Wardle    
               and S Jones.

107 09/10 Declarations of Interest in Items on the Agenda
               None declared

108 09/10 To approve the minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of   
                Fairford Town Council held on 16th June 2009 (pp040 09/10)
                It was RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the    
               Extraordinary meeting of the Town Council held on 16th   
               June 2009 (pp040 09/10), proposed Cllr Harwood, seconded  
               Cllr M Jones – all in favour.

 
109 09/10 To review decision to sign off the Internal Audit as agreed at  
                the Extraordinary Meeting held on 16th June, following   
               information received from the Clerk and to agree revised   
              Annual Return and Annual Governance Statement.
              The Annual return has been revised to simplify the accounts on  
              the recommendation of the Clerk having sought guidance from  
              GAPTC and obtaining a second opinion from another Internal  
             Auditor.  It was RESOLVED to agree the revised Annual Return  
             and Annual Governance Statement, this was duly signed by the 
            Chairman and Clerk.  Proposed Cllr Harwood, seconded Cllr  
            Boulton – all in favour.
