Item deferred to next meeting because of the three Councillors present, only Cllr Frank had been present at the meeting – hence not quorate. H59 To discuss the proposed lighting bollards for Horcott footpaths
A sample from Design Plan had finally been delivered to the Council Office and was inspected by Cllrs M Jones & Frank. It can also be seen in situ at Painter’s Field, Quenington. There was concern about the vulnerability of the design to vandalism and after some discussion it was resolved to continue investigating the bollard lighting option but look for an alternative design.
ACTIONS: Cllr Frank to source alternative light bollards.
The Clerk to inform Glos Street Lighting of this decision. H60 To consider Highways budgets for the next 3 years
