PL121 Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
Cllr Wardle declared a personal interest in application 10/00803/FUL

PL122 To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 2nd March 2010
Cllr Wardle queried the size of the proposed parking regulation signs – GCC has been approached to request smaller signs. It was RESOLVED to sign the minutes of the meeting held on 2nd March 2010 were signed as a true and accurate record of the proceedings.

SUPPORT THE APPLICATION subject to there being no subsequent change in proposed access from A417. Clarification is needed on whether a Change of Use application is required.

10/00369/REM Approval of Reserved Matters for amendment to previous approvals to substitute 7 holiday homes (previously part of Phase 3) at Longdoles Lake with 21 hotel apartments (previously part of Phase 5) and the substitution of 25 hotel apartments with 7 holiday homes within the central woodland plantation area, and associated changes to the design of the individual buildings at Coln Park, London Road, Lechlade (RESERVED MATTERS APPLICATION)

OBJECT TO THE APPLICATION for the following reasons:
• The proposed changes result in the hotel buildings being located outside the
 original designated area.
• Object to three storey buildings on lake shore
• Clarification is needed on when permission was given to divert the public
 footpath shown in the south east corner of the plans 

10/00493/FUL Full application for retrospective planning application for the retention of two tennis courts and a car park for ten cars at Coln Park, London Road, Lechlade NEW DETAILS RECEIVED: SUPPORTING STATEMENT

Cllr Wardle had drafted a letter with additional comments (circulated via email on 3rd March). It was agreed to send this letter to CDC.

Cllr Wardle will write a letter and circulate for approval.

PL127 To consider letter from Sunhill Action Group ref Agricultural Supply Co. Fairford (emailed 11th March 2010)
The committee proposed to remain independent from the Sunhill Action Group.
ACTION: Item to go on April Full Council agenda.

PL128 Items the Chairman considers urgent
A letter has been received regarding possible tree works at Manor Farmhouse.
ACTION: The Clerk to ask the tree warden for his views and report back at the next meeting.
