At the beginning of 2011 the Town Council upgraded the CCTV cameras, which were installed in the Market Place and High Sreet some years ago.  The new wireless system gives a much improved picture and it is hoped will help prevent vandalism, anti-social behaviour and crime.  The project benefited from a grant from the Gloucestershire Market Towns Forum.  It is planned to extend the system in the near future to the Walnut Tree Playground.
