Fairford Festival 2009

Once again Fairford Festival Chairman Trevor Hing and his team of volunteers came up trumps and produced another fantastic weekend of fun for all in the Walnut Tree Field. On Saturday, the Festival Queen and children from Fairford Primary School accompanied the Town Mayor in leading the parade through the centre of town to the festivities.

Visitors enjoyed a huge variety of events ranging from the Classic Car Show and Local History Display through to the Companion Dog Show and Children’s parties. Sunday’s Car Boot Sale and the ever popular 10K Road Race and 3K Fun Run, once again, drew huge crowds.
